After a decade as a strategic media planner, Lisa joined MMi in 2007 and has been gaining the trust of MMi advertiser clients and the respect of their agency teams ever since. She is a service-oriented media professional with 15 years of experience in a range of National and Local media, and enjoys marrying together knowledge of real-world agency-side operations with individual client priorities to develop best-in-class media accountability partnerships.
Lisa’s role as an Engagement Lead at MMi brings her oversight to billions of media dollars annually on behalf of her client roster which includes top advertisers in the Quick Service Restaurant, Retail, and Consumer Packaged Goods categories in addition to Automotive and Media/Entertainment. Her day-to-day duties include management of audit analysis and timelines as well as review of results for quality assurance and maximum client insight. In addition, Lisa has a seat on MMi’s Management Team and is charged with building continuous improvement of regular audit processes and client communications.
She views as a personal challenge comments like “That’s just the way it has always been done,” and loves to cross-pollinate media best practices across clients (keeping client confidentiality, of course).
Her work history includes independent media firms and full-service ad agencies in both St. Louis and Dallas, most recently Associate Media Director at PHD USA. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University with a BS in Communications/Advertising and minors in Business and French.
Lisa lives in a suburb of St. Louis with her family including two school-aged children, and her Chesapeake Bay Retriever. When she’s not keeping an eye on your media investment, she can be found cheering at kids’ baseball games, checking out the newest restaurant or wine bar with friends and family, or planning her next ski trip to the Rockies or beach time in the Caribbean.
