Paid Search media veteran Les Hostetler has joined Media Management, Inc. (MMi) as Paid Search Insights Lead.  In this newly-created role, Hostetler will lead MMi’s initiative to build out and lead the implementation of a reinvigorated suite of media audit and media accountability offerings in Paid Search and other biddable media.

“Advertisers are looking for media accountability offerings in Paid Search that drive value and insights consistent with those offered in our media audit offerings in other channels,” said MMi CEO Thomas Bridge.  “Our clients count on MMi to deliver them media audit Findings That Matter.  That means findings that drive value, insights that they cannot get anywhere else, and a relentless focus on accountability.  And we intend to provide that for them in Paid Search.”

Prior to joining MMi, Hostetler was a Search Director at RPA, where he led paid search initiatives for a major automotive account.  Over the course of the past 10+ years, he held similar roles at Essence, Neo@Ogilvy and GroupM working across a broad spectrum of business sectors including banking, consumer electronics, energy, and consumer packaged goods.  

Hostetler said he is “thrilled” with the new role and to be working with MMi.  “Within the advertiser and agency community, MMi really has a sterling reputation for integrity and for their knowledge of the paid media ecosystem in the U.S.  Not many media audit firms can say that,” he said.

A graduate of Saint Louis University, Hostetler is based in the greater St. Louis area, where MMi is headquartered.
